A characteristic of Tistory

If you want to make a blog at Tistory.com, you must get an invitation from somebody who has his or her own blog at Tistory. 

Through the invitation, you are able to register as a Tistory blogger. Without an invitation, you cannot open a blog at Tistory.

This is a characteristic of Tistory that is different from other blogs provided by a portal like Naver, Daum and so on.

I made a blog at Tistory.com at the end of May and I am still posting at Tistory.

Over the past 3 months, I have no invitations that are able to invite someone to Tistory as power bloggers do.

One day, I saw my settings page by chance. I was surprised that 10 invitations were given to me. 

The given number of invitations depends on how much a blogger works at Tistory.

I don't upload a lot of postings so far. 

For the reasons, firstly, I don't have enough time to write my stories, secondly, it is difficult to seek a topic, a common interest and the field I know well. Perhaps the latter is the bigger reason.

Anyway I invited 6 bloggers to Tistory during this weekend. 

In my own way, I chose them based on their secret comment on my blog posted invitation sharing.

I expect them to be power bloggers because the pen is stronger than the sword.

To be a power blogger, this is my hope too.
